Ive been working in addiction recovery for over 12 years, including 10 years in a residential rehabilitation setting. Supporting people at the start of their recovery journey is something I care deeply about. In group therapy, my aim is to create a safe and supportive space, I believe that recovery thrives in environments that are compassionate and inclusive - but also where there's room for healthy challenge. My role is to help guide those moments in a way that feels safe and constructive. My work is shaped not only by professional experience but also by my own personal journey through addiction and recovery. Having been both a participant and a facilitator, I understand how vital it is to feel part of a community, to be seen without judgment, and to begin letting go of guilt and shame. Being part of the Lindale is an honour, and I'm committed to walking alongside others as they take thesetransformative steps.
