I'm passionate about creating inclusive and welcoming spaces where people feel valued and supported. Growing up across several countries taught me to appreciate different perspectives, which I bring into the groups.
My background includes teaching, leading English and RE departments, and working as a support worker. I also hold a Master's degree in English Literature, and I enjoy using both my academic and life experiences to make each session engaging, reflective, and meaningful.
Being in recovery since May 2023 has deepened my understanding of connection, compassion, and growth. I truly believe that connection is the antidote to addiction, and I aim to bring that belief into every group I lead, helping others feel seen, heard, and inspired to heal together.
