We are happy to announce that we are now working with Second Chance Charter. 

A pledge from the PCC to encourage recruitment and to break down barriers for people with a criminal record accessing work. Working in partnership with both the private and public sector. 

‘We know that if people with convictions are to break the cycle of crime then they are more likely to do so if they are in work. However, this group of people are often overlooked  by employers who are sometimes worried about employing people with a history of convictions. That is why we’re working with companies and organisations across the West Mids  to encourage them to support and employ people with a criminal record. It is our mission to break down those barriers’ Second Chance Charter
