My name is Steve, and I am the manager here at Lindale. I have 8 years experience working extensively with clients from substance abuse backgrounds. Previous to this role, I was the manager at the Pathways Service for over 2 years supporting individuals in active addiction to find their pathway to recovery. During my career, I have gained various qualifications, including NVQ Level 3 in health and social care, and Level 5 in Leadership and management of Adults and Children Services. I am passionate about helping others that like me have struggled throughout their life with addictions. I am committed to supporting individuals to achieve their goals, free from addictive behaviours, so that they can live in a way that feels true and authentic. I believe that everyone deserves the chance to recover and to live their best life.
